1. OBJECTIVES FOR THE YEAR 2003.

v To build registration, reception and administration offices.

v To renovate the laundry, OPD and laboratory sections

v To finish the construction of the waste water disposal system

v To participate in the planning of budgets for the “Buscket Funds” of the Njombe District.

2. ACHIEVEMENTS:

v The administration, reception and registration offices are all in one storey building ready for use

v The Laundry and OPD sections were renovated

v The waste water disposal system was inaugurated on 15/12/2003.

v The planning sessions for the “Buscket Funds” was done at Makambako for 14 days.

3. CONSTRAINTS:

v The laboratory was not renovated because of lack of funds.

v Specialists are still needed in Gynaecology, Internal Medicine, Laboratory and Pharmacy.

v We lack funds for the recurrent costs.

4. FUTURE PLANS:

v To improve the security system of the hospital

v To start offering services 24 hours a day.

v To employ specialists in Gynaecology and Internal Medicine

v To strengthen the training system for our staff.
